Barker Realty, Inc. is your knowledgeable team of real estate professionals, specializing in property management in the greater Raleigh area since 1984. Our goal is to manage the details and help you solve your real estate investment challenges. As of October 2004, we manage over 500 properties, in both the traditional market and in what is considered "affordable housing". We also manage smaller commercial properties as well as office condo and homeowner associations. Over the years many things have changed about property management in general, but what has not changed is our dedication and integrity in serving our owners and tenants.

Our services include, but are not limited to: the ongoing maintenance of each property's structural integrity; establishment, oversight and implementation of effective preventative maintenance; supervision and oversight of staff performance; financial oversight, including billing and collection of charges, payment of all property obligations, and provision of accurate, timely financial statements; maintenance of accurate, accessible files, records, and books for each owners' properties; and courteous, timely and effective response to property owners and tenants.
