Our properties are divided into two portfolios to best serve you:
Barker Realty's Traditional Portfolio offers a wide variety of housing options throughout Wake County. Whether you are
a student seeking college housing, or you are looking for a house with a garage and yard for the family, or you're an
"Empty Nester" looking to downsize to a condo free of yard maintenance, we have just the place for you. The applicants
for this portfolio must have a gross income equal to three (3) times the monthly rent, a good credit rating and a good
rental history. Each full time undergraduate student must have a co-signer on his or her account. The Traditional Portfolio
will also accept co-signers if any of the above qualifications are not met.
Affordable Housing Portfolio
Barker Realty offers a group of Affordable Housing options. This group of rentals consists of single-family houses,
duplexes, quadraplexes, townhomes and apartments located throughout Raleigh. The selection found in the Affordable Housing
portfolio rent for 10-30% below the market rent for comparable rentals in the area. Availability for the Affordable Housing
portfolio is income restricted. Please contact our office for the maximum income allowable, which is based on household size.
