For 13 years we have worked closely with Barker Property Maintenance Company (PMC). Although a separate entity, we have a history together of refining the process of handling maintenance issues so that the repairs can be made in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner.

Work orders can be phoned, faxed, e-mailed, or submitted online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A 24 hour contact number is provided to all owners and tenants for any emergencies at any time of the day or night. We'll stay alert so that you can sleep peacefully.
Detailed Work Order Tracking
From the arrival of a work order, our team works to evaluate the maintenance need and find the best solution to the issue at hand. Each maintenance request is reviewed by the Property Manager who tries to trouble-shoot each issue with the tenant, if possible, as well as to gather pertinent information regarding the work request. Once all information and options are gathered, owners are contacted for input and authorization, and the work is assigned to the appropriate maintenance team member.
