Services
Barker Realty, Inc. provides the following services:
- Marketing
We market your properties in a variety of different ways.
- Leasing
We do all showings, negotiations, and draw up the leases.
- Maintanence
We provide 24 hr/7 day a week maintenance coverage of your property.
- Rent Collections
We collect rent and enforce a strict rental policy.
- Evictions
We will evict and place judgments on the owners behalf if the tenant does not perform.
- Monthly and Annual Financial Reports
We provide monthly Cash Flow statements, Invoices, and Owner Draw checks, as well as end-of-year accounting.
Fees
The primary compensation for Barker Realty, Inc. managing your property is 8% of the Gross Rental Income. Other fees and charges are summarized below.
Required at time of signing. These funds are held in escrow throughout the duration of your agreement with Barker Realty and are used to pay utilities when vacant, to begin eviction proceedings if rent is not received, etc.
No fee charged to owner.

Fees are not paid until new tenant moves in or within the month the lease renewal takes effect. Should a tenant be allowed to go month-to-month (with owner's authorization), a month-to-month fee of $15 of the current renewal fee will be charged.
